Not 100%. We have some recipes that do not involve flour or wheat products, however the kitchen we bake in has used wheat products since the 1970s! If you have Celiac Disease or an extreme intolerance we would not recommend anything.
Do you do "Pittsburgh cookie tables"?
Yes! We are currently working on some pricing for different packages as well as a la carte options! Please feel free to call and ask questions if needed!
Are you a legit bakery without a store?
While we do not have a storefront, we are licensed to operate in the state of Pennsylvania as a Limited Food Establishment. Currently, we are in compliance with our health inspection and have a Certified Food Safety Manager on staff.
Are cakes available for special order?
Yes! We would love to help make your day special, but we will only do what we can! No fondant options will be available. Large tiered wedding cakes are also unavailable. Please call 724-880-9760 for any cake orders that differ from our online assortment.
