Pickup times are 9am - 1pm each Saturday. (The pickup address will be provided on your invoice.) There are 3 digital payment options available on your invoice, or you can always pay cash when you pickup your goodies! Weekday appointments are available for an additional $5 rush order fee, and Saturday delivery is available within 5 mile radius for an additional $7 fee.

I’m Heather, Baker, Mother, and nature inspired soul with a love for scratch made comfort. My micro bakery isn’t bake-to-order, but rather shaped by rhythm, inspiration, and seasonal ingredients gathered with intention, offering small-batch treats through local pop-ups and a bread subscription that flows with the seasons. Here, there are no artificial dyes or towering confections. My baking begins with fresh fruit, honest ingredients, and simple recipes that honor tradition while whispering something quietly elevated. I believe beauty doesn’t need to shout. It can be found in the blush of a ripe peach, the golden crackle of a sourdough crust, or the soft crumble of a blackberry muffin dusted with sugar. Each item is designed to delight the senses. Visually elegant, naturally fragrant, and deeply satisfying. Moss and Muffins is for those who crave the romance of real food. The kind that’s grown close to home, baked with intention, and served with a story. It’s a place where simplicity is sacred, and every bite feels like a quiet celebration of the everyday.

Each bake begins long before the oven warms. Ingredients are gathered, those are nurtured, and flavors are coaxed from The season's best. Because each bake is planned in prep with care, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup or delivery to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a refund as ingredients may already be sourced and prep underway. However if you're unable to collect your order, please reach out and I'll do my best to offer a solution such as rescheduling or gifting your order to another customer. Orders not collected during the scheduled window will be considered forfeited, as I am unable to hold goods past their prime. Life happens. If something unexpected comes up, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always try to respond with understanding and flexibility where I can.
