Hi, I am Erika, the owner, baker, and artist of mosaic cookies. I have been baking healthy cookies and cakes for over ten years now. I have started my business at my house as a cottage food producer. Diving on the healthy side of the bakery business, I fell in love with dye free coloring while looking for a healthier version of painting cookies since I wanted to avoid all the chemical disturbances that synthetic dyes cause to the environment, our bodies, and our brain.
