Yes, Delivery service is available for an extra fee, depending on the date and address. Delivery fees typically start at $1.50 per mile. Large orders will have a $15 fee +$1.50 per mile. 📍 What happens if I’m late to pickup? Please arrive on time. Late pickups over 30 minutes may require rescheduling depending on availability. Picks up are between 9am-11am or after 6pm on Weekdays. Before 10am on weekends. 🧊 Do cakes need refrigeration? Buttercream cakes are best kept refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving. 🔥 Are your products cottage-food compliant? Yes. All products are made in accordance with Florida Cottage Food regulations, meaning they are produced in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of Agriculture. ❌ What is your cancellation policy? Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs with sufficient notice, credit toward a future order may be offered at our discretion. ⚠️ Do you accommodate allergies? Delivery fees typically start at $1.50 per mile. Large orders will have a $15 fee +$1.50 per mile. • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive delivery at the scheduled time. • Once the order is picked up or delivered, Moonlight Cakes is not responsible for damage. • Orders must be picked up between 9am-11am or after 6pm on weekdays.
