Hi friends! I’m Macie — the baker and mama behind Moon&May Bakery. I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember and finally decided to turn my passion into a business I love. Moon&May Bakery is a small, home-based cottage bakery where every cake is made with care, creativity, and a personal touch. Before starting Moon&May, I worked in the food industry for several years, where I learned the ins and outs of great service and running a business. Now, I get to pour that experience (and a whole lot of love) into creating custom cakes that help make your celebrations extra special.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Full payment due is before/at time of pickup. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment is non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of event. Pickup/Delivery: Client assumes all responsibility once order leaves premises/once order is delivered. Customers are required to pick up their order during the agreed-upon pickup window. Please respect this scheduled time, as we carefully coordinate our baking and family schedules around it. If you are running late or need to adjust pickup, clear and timely communication is expected. Likewise, Moon & May Bakery will communicate promptly if any changes arise on our end. We ask that both parties respect each other’s time to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Failure to show up during the scheduled window without communication may result in a cancellation with no refund. Allergens: Products are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, soy, wheat, and food dyes or common pet allergens. Storage & Handling All products are baked in compliance with Cottage Food Law. Items are made from safe, high-quality ingredients and are shelf-stable at room temperature. To maintain freshness and quality, store cakes and cookie cakes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat. Refrigeration is optional but recommended in warm environments or if the product will not be served within a day or two. Avoid exposure to heat to prevent melting or damage to decorations. Customer Responsibility: Customers assume the responsibility to properly store cakes as instructed. Moon&May Bakery is not responsible for products once picked up or after delivery. Design Disclaimer: Each item is handcrafted, so slight variations in color, design, and decoration may occur. Exact replicas of inspiration photos are not guaranteed. We celebrate our creativity and the artistry of other bakers, so while we’re happy to use photos for inspiration, every cake we make is our own unique creation made in the Moon&May Bakery style.
