Macaron Care
*Best served at room temperature, you can enjoy right out of the refrigerator, but the texture is not the same
*If you aren’t going to enjoy right away, place macarons in and airtight container or in a ziplock bag; they will stay fresh for up to 1 week in the refrigerator and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Make sure to place macarons in the refrigerator the day before serving to thaw, and remove from refrigerator at least 20 minutes before eating
*Be careful when handling, shells can be very fragile and crack under pressure
Do you Deliver?
Yes, I deliver to Tucson and surrounding areas, pending my availability to do so. Know that there is a charge for delivery and it is based on the distance from my home to the delivery address.
Do you ship your macarons?
Unfortunately, due to fragility of the product and cost to ship, I do not ship them.
How do I store them?
Macarons are best kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Are they gluten free?
While the ingredients are gluten free, the kitchen they are prepared in is not.
I forgot to put them in an airtight container and they are crunchy and hard, what can I do?
Place them in an airtight container and place a slice of bread in with the cookies. Make sure the bread doesn’t touch the macarons, you can do this with a piece of plastic wrap. Let them sit in the refrigerator for a bit and they should soften. For a gluten free option you can used marshmallows instead of the bread slice.
