Monie's Munchies

My name is Sharae. I grew up in Peoria IL, but currently reside in Anoka MN. I’ve studied Pastry Arts at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts where I've further developed the skills necessary to successfully pursue my passion of baking. During my time at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts I have gained a better understanding of how to operate my baking business.

While selling goods such as cakes, cupcakes and cookies, I’ve noticed a gap in the market for these goods infused with THC. This realization has sparked an interest for me in extending my product base to meet the needs of this new target market. I feel that my THC infused foods will truly provide a high desired product.

In 2022, I founded Monie’s Munchies, a company dedicated to providing quality baked goods ranging from cookies and cupcakes to custom designed treats. Our mission is to offer the standard commonly requested baked goods as well as meeting the needs of the new THC infused market.

I’m excited to continue growing Monie’s Munchies and making a positive impact in the special baking industry. I believe that my vision entrepreneurship will bring value to my customers.
