Greetings!
Welcome to Mommy’s Rum Cake! Growing up my mom always made an “American” version of rum cake. It was simple and delicious.
In 2013 I tweaked her version creating my own “from scratch” line of 13 flavors, we shipped throughout the US.
After a brief hiatus, we are back with a new look and creative treats bringing you warmth, love, and style just like Mommy.

Capabilities & Pricing
*All cakes are made with alcohol that has been heated*
Please place orders at least 7 days in advance.
If you don’t see what you want, submit a Special Bites or Catering order and we will be in touch.
Payment:
- A 50% Deposit is required on special orders and the balance must be paid at least 7 days before pickup/delivery.
- Orders submitted within 7 days of pickup/delivery must be paid in full at time of order /invoice.
Pickup & Delivery:
- Free Pickup is available in Chicago Heights or Bronzeville (Chicago)
- Delivery and Shipping is available for an additional fee.

Storage & Serving instructions
Storage: Cakes and Bites may be stored on the counter or in the refrigerator up to 5 days. OR Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 6 months. Service: Bring cakes to room temperature or warm slightly and enjoy.
