We do our best to create an exact match to the inspiration photos you upload when ordering, but these are custom made so slight differences in icing colors and sizes are possible.

Cookies that are heat sealed are good for up to three weeks in their bags. Cookies can be frozen within an airtight container, inside of their heat sealed bag, for up to three months.

Cookies should just be stored at room temperature on your counter unless you are freezing them! Do NOT store cookies in the refrigerator, this can create condensation within the bag and alter icing and decorations.

If your event is the same day as pick up or less than 48 hours after pick up, pucks can be stored on the counter. Anything past 48 hours, we recommend storing your cake pucks in the fridge. These can be stored in the box or an air tight (“Tupperware”) container! Anything past a couple of weeks in the fridge, we recommend freezing your pucks! They should be stored in an air tight container & when defrosting, left in container until completely thawed.
