Our sweets & treats are made in a Cottage Food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations. Our products may come into contact with or contain the following allergens: dairy, egg, gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, and wheat.

Order changes must be requested at least 72 hours before pickup and are subject to availability. Orders canceled more than 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may receive a partial credit at our discretion. Orders may be canceled if final payment is not received on time. Momentary Sweets reserves the right to refuse any order request. We also reserve the right to cancel orders due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

We love using inspiration photos as a guide, but we won’t copy another baker’s design exactly. Instead, we’ll create a custom version with a similar feel & aesthetic that’s uniquely made for you.

Pickup details will be shared at order booking. Complimentary delivery within 15 miles of Cape Coral, FL 33909 is available. A small fee may apply for deliveries outside of this area.

Most orders require a minimum of 72 hours notice. For larger or custom orders, please place your order as early as possible to guarantee availability & ensure all customization requests can be fulfilled.

Once your order is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure orders over $100.00. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your order date. Orders under $100.00, as well as any order placed less than 7 days in advance, must be paid in full at booking. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted by the customer. Momentary Sweets is not liable for damages occurring after the order is received.
