We use organic and/or non GMO ingredients unless otherwise specified and exchange processed sugar for maple syrup or honey whenever possible. We also add in organic Greek yogurt for extra protein and a mix of flax, hemp and chia powder. We don't do cakes or cupcakes but have a great reference for those. We may be able to accommodate local delivery for a fee. Porch pick ups are available on Fridays from 8-6 and Fridays from 8-2. We will also be at a few local farmers markets.
