Aloha!! My name is Stacey and I’m so happy you’re here. I am a latina, born and raised in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. I am a wife and a Momma of three kids.

After years of being the baker in the family, our three kids inspired me to create Mochi Momma HI to share my Mochi creations with the world. A Latina making Mochi and Macarons? Yes you got that right! Growing up in Hawaii we celebrate food diversity every day and this where I developed my love for Mochi & Macarons. I’m a self taught baker and have perfected my baking skills specifically creating delectable Mochi & Macarons.

Today we thrive on bringing you the most delicious and unique Butter Mochi, ChiChi Dango Mochi and Macarons. Made with Love & Aloha 🌺 and a little dancing daily💗
