Why do I have to order a dozen Brownies or Cinnamon Rolls?
We bake everything fresh, to keep waste down we sell these items in sets of 12.
How many days after I order will it be ready?
We ask to allow 4 business days for turnaround time on all orders that way we can make sure your product is as fresh as can be.

Can I customize my cake
Yes, we allow our cakes to be completely customizable with colors and add ons. There may be additional charges for additional items added such as name bones and other items.
I need my products shipped
If you need your products shipped there is a $15 flat rate to ship. Please add the shipping fee when adding products to the cart it is listed as a product. You must do that before you finalize payment. If you are not able to put your address in email mochiluxetreats@gmsil.com and we will make sure to get it to you . I’m having issues with my out of state order on the website.

How do we store our treats once I have them home?
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat or sunlight.
Keep each cookie sealed or stored in an airtight container. Because our treats are handcrafted and preservative-free, natural variations in color and texture — including gentle firming over time — are completely normal. Please know we can not offer any guarantees. These guidelines are general recommendations. Adjust storage practices to suit your local climate and conditions. You can freeze may be frozen for up to 3 months.
They remain completely safe and enjoyable.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Every order is made fresh! Please allow up to 8 business days for crafting. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1–4 days (transit times not guaranteed by USPS).
What if my treats that were shipped arrive damaged?
Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number and include photos of the damage. Keep all packaging for their inspection. Doggie Bag Biscuits™ will assist where possible, but USPS requires claims be filed by the recipient.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
Because our cookies are perishable and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production begins.

At Mochi Luxe Treats, all products are freshly prepared with care using quality, dog-safe ingredients. To ensure fairness and product quality, please review our pickup and refund policy below.
Order Pickup Policy
• All orders must be picked up at the scheduled pickup time agreed upon at checkout or via direct communication.
• Orders will be held for a maximum of 24 hours after the scheduled pickup time.
• Customers are responsible for arriving on time. Failure to communicate delays prior to the pickup window may result in forfeiture of the order.
Missed Pickups
• If a customer schedules multiple pickup times and does not arrive or respond, the order will be considered abandoned.
• Once the 24-hour hold period has passed, the order is closed, and the product may be discarded, donated, or resold at our discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for missed or abandoned pickups.
Refunds & Credits
• Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Refunds are not available for:
• Missed pickups
• Change of mind
• Failure to communicate or respond
• Store credit may be issued at the discretion of Mochi Luxe Treats and must be used within 30 days of issuance.
Custom & Special Orders
• Custom cakes, treats, and special-order items are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Changes or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Approval is not guaranteed.
Communication Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for monitoring messages and responding in a timely manner.
• Mochi Luxe Treats is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact information or unmonitored inboxes.
