Greetings! Welcome to MK Professions Luscious Eats & Treats. I am Kavarsia Perez, Founder and CEO of MK Professions, a home-based baking business established on December 16th, 2022. Since inception, my enterprise has experienced significant growth and expansion, with successful deliveries of custom cakes to multiple states from Alabama, all while maintaining the integrity of the products. My passion lies in baking, aiming to bring joy to every customer. Our offerings include an extensive array of cakes, treats, and more. Capabilities & Pricing
MK Professions – Cake & Treat Policy 👩🏽🍳💗
📍 Hoover, Alabama
• 50% nonrefundable deposit required to book cake orders.
• Remaining balance due 1 week before pickup/delivery; meaning order must be paid in full one week before pickup/delivery.
• Treat orders must be paid in full at booking.
• Accepted payments: Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay (no cash).
• Order notice:
- Basic cakes/treats: 1 week notice
- Custom orders: 2 weeks+ notice
All items are made to order and I am the only baker, so availability is limited. Last-minute orders may be accepted with a rush fee.
Please report any issues with your order within 30 minutes of pickup or delivery. All concerns must be accompanied by clear photos or videos for documentation.
Once the 30-minute inspection period has passed, you are fully responsible for your order, and no claims regarding damage or issues will be accepted.
