Orders $50+ are required to have a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit at time of booking. Deposit must be made in 24HOURS or your order will not be confirmed & accounted for.

Orders under the value of $50 must be paid in FULL at time of booking. Payment must be made in 24HOURS or your order will not be confirmed or accounted for. Remaining balance must be paid 5-7 days before pick up.

We will discuss a pick up time that works for the BOTH of us. Do NOT show up early unless otherwise discussed. Do NOT show up late.. you have 30minutes after your scheduled pick up time to pick up your order. After 30minutes your order will be left on the porch (Only small boxed items) & i am no longer responsible for the item/s. Cakes will have an extra $10 fee to pick up if its after your pick up time/ 30 Minutes. (I work very hard to respect your time, please respect mine & understand I have other responsibilities as a mother)

Flash Sale: Items must be picked up within 24hours. No refunds on orders not picked up. (Items cannot be held longer than 24hours due to quality purposes) all items are FCFS, payment due up front.

LARGE EVENTS/ORDERS: you have 24 hours to change your mind on Large orders, to receive a refund. After 24 hours the deposit falls under my policy for non refundable.

CAKE TASTING BOXES: 10% Off cake orders offered through the cake tasting boxes (offered in February & March) must be used for orders before January 31st, 2025. You may only use ONE 10% off per order, you may not combine discounts.
