Yes it is! All the food we sell is made with love in my home kitchen in Jupiter in compliance with Florida’s cottage law
Do you make gluten free/vegan food?
Unfortunately, we do not at the moment.
How long will the food be good for?
All the crostatas do not need to be refrigerated. They will last for about a week. We recommend covering them and keeping them in a dry and cool place.
All the pies containing cream (torta della nonna, fruit pie, and lemon ricotta) should be kept in the refrigerator and they will last about 5 days to a week.
Tiramisu will last for about a week in the fridge. Tiramisu should not be frozen.
Lasagna should be stored in the fridge for and will be good for about 5 days. It can also be frozen and it can last for up to a month. It should then be re-heated in the oven at 350F for about 15-30 mins for best results. It can also be reheated in the microwave or on a pan.
