Rush Order Policy

To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail for every creation, Miranda Cake Creations LLC typically requires a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice for all custom orders. We understand that special occasions sometimes arise unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our production schedule allows.

1. Subject to Availability

Rush orders are not guaranteed. Acceptance of a last-minute request depends entirely on our current kitchen capacity, ingredient availability, and the complexity of the requested design.

2. Rush Fees

Any order placed with less than 14 days' notice will be subject to a non-refundable Rush Fee. This fee compensates for expedited sourcing of premium ingredients, adjusted staffing, and any necessary overtime required to complete your order to our standards.

7–13 Days' Notice: A 20% Rush Fee will be added to the total order value.

Less than 7 Days' Notice: A 30% Rush Fee will be added (if the schedule permits).

3. Design Limitations

For orders placed on short notice, certain highly intricate designs, custom cake toppers, or specialty flavors may be unavailable. We may suggest a "Simplified Signature Design" to ensure your cake is both beautiful and delivered on time.

4. Payment Requirements

All rush orders must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your date is not secured until the invoice is settled. Due to the immediate start of preparations for rush requests, these orders are non-refundable.
