I started making breads and muffins for my family, friends and co-workers. I was sick of buying expensive items from the grocery store full of preservatives and ingredients I couldn't pronounce. I finally got up enough courage to make a sourdough starter and start that journey. I had lots of failed loaves and successes. I still have failed goodies but with trial comes errors and then success!

My weekdays are pretty busy with my full time job and being a chauffer for sports and activities. I generally do my baking on the weekends for pickup on Saturday unless previously arranged. You can place your orders anytime during the week, this gives me time to ensure I have everything on hand that you want, all orders must be placed by Thursday afternoon for that Saturday.
