Mima’s Tasty Treats

Hi, I’m Ingrid — but most people know me as Mima, the name lovingly given to me by my grandkids and the heart behind Mima’s Tasty Treats.

I’m a proud Latina mom of three and grandma of three, and baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From the first cakes I made as a teenager to the artisan sourdough loaves and gourmet cookies I bake today, the kitchen has always been my happy place — where love, tradition, and creativity come together.

Starting this cottage bakery is more than just a business for me — it’s a way to support my family while sharing something that truly brings me joy and peace of heart. I pour that same love into every sourdough loaf, cinnamon roll, cookie, and cake I bake.

I use unbleached organic flour, quality ingredients, and a mix of traditional and Latin-inspired recipes to create treats that feel both comforting and a little unexpected. My goal is to spread warmth and community, one bake at a time — because food has a way of bringing people together, and that’s what Mima’s Tasty Treats is all about.
