As a licensed cottage bakery located in North Reading, I am committed to adhering to all local health regulations to ensure both the safety of my customers and the quality of the products I offer.

As a professional baker, I hold several certifications to further demonstrate my commitment to quality and food safety. I am ServeSafe Certified and Allergen Awareness Certified, ensuring that I have the knowledge to handle food safely.

I also hold an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management, which provide a solid foundation in both the technical and managerial aspects of running a bakery. With over 11 years of experience in a professional kitchen, I possess the expertise and knowledge necessary to run a bakery from home safely, responsibly, and with the highest level of professionalism.
