How do I order?

Do you offer any discounts?
Being a first responder myself, we honor our first responder family by giving 10% off every order for Fire, Police, EMS, 911 Dispatchers, Correctional Officers and Military.
Do you deliver?
The short answer? Yup.
We offer free local delivery (Ilion, Herkimer, Mohawk, and Frankfort.) anything past that will be discussed upon order placement. (Fun fact- the farthest I have ever delivered was 4 hours away!)
How does cake pricing work?
For your run-of-the-mill 8” cake, we start at $50. Price increases depending on decoration, size, number of tiers, and if you are needing GF, diabetic friendly, dye free… etc, etc. However, I understand that everyone should be able to have the cake of their dreams- so, I do keep my prices as low as possible, and will work with you on a payment plan for any of your bigger requests!
What if I want something not on the menu?
Here at MBC we are completely customizable, and we will work with you to make your dessert dreams come true! If you can dream it, we can bake it.
Do you offer payment plans?
I believe that your special event should be as sweet as possible. That said, I do offer payment plans for dessert charcuterie spreads, dessert tables, and weddings. Please reach out via text at 315.867.4064 for consult!
How far in advance do I have to place my order?
In a perfect world, we’d love 2 weeks heads up. But we know a thing or two, cause we’ve seen a thing or two. So if you don’t have that long, in most cases, no biggie. We’ll work with ya.
My (insert beloved family member) has allergies to (insert ingredient).
MBC takes every measure to comply with NYS Cottage Law standards, but as in every kitchen across America, can’t guarantee 100% that there won’t be cross-contamination with nuts, etc. Please check with us first when placing an order if you know Meemaw swells up when she has peanut butter.
I’m gluten/dairy/sugar free.
You’ll never experience FOMO if you book with us. We offer dairy free, gluten free, diabetic friendly, keto and vegan options. Because no one should ever have to skip dessert.
