No! Absolutely not!
When I take a deposit, I put you on my schedule and to ensure quality control I don’t double book. That means I turn down other inquiries for the same day and in some cases even as much as a few days prior leading up to the day to focus on the complexity of your design and or the size. Even the smallest and simplest of orders take up room and time in my schedule interfering with the possibility of other orders I could have take on. That being said deposits are 100% none refundable.

Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely!
I understand that life happens and in any circumstance you find your self having to cancel your order I will accommodate you for another cake/treat at a different time, if that time is available in my schedule. Any unpaid balance will be voided and no longer due, and any previously paid deposit will be none refundable but Instead applied to your future order.
Do you deliver?
Absolutely delivery is available for a $75 fee within a 15 mile radius this must include my going and coming and additionally mile would require $2.50 per additional mile.

Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely not!
No refunds for any reason under any circumstances. All sales are final!
What if I don’t like my cake?
I don’t guarantee the cake to be exactly like the reference photo, and I don’t guarantee color match. Some times colors on the screen may appear different then in real life “ I will try to get as close as I can to the best of my ability”
I always send pictures of the finished product to each customer the morning of pick up as soon as the product is done. Permitting me and allowing me time to correct any concerns the client may have. In some cases the product may be done very close to pick up time. I will still send you a photo and await for your approval or request to make changes.
Once the cake is picked up you agree to to product and shouldn’t complain about it later as you would have previously had a chance prior to disclose any concerns which I would have been more then happy to address and or correct prior to pick up.

I’m not responsible for any accidents or damages that can occur during travel or after pick up. While I do understand sometimes accidents happen depending on the severity of the situation and the time allotted in my schedule I will see what I can do to assist in anyway I can. If damages are to severe there may be additional fees involved to cover time, product and convenience. If my schedule is to full I may not be able to assist you.
Payment policy and deposit
Payment Policy:
For all orders of $325 or less and with less than four (4) weeks’ notice require full payment upfront to secure the booking.
For all orders less then two weeks notice payment is required in full and upfront to schedule.
Orders over $325 with more than four (4) weeks’ notice require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least seven (7) days before the order due date. Failure to submit final payment by this deadline will result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
