Policies
Please read before requesting an order
All orders require a 50% nonrefundable retainer fee (deposit) which must be paid within a week of requesting the order. If not paid, the order will be canceled. I do NOT accept cash payments. I accept cashapp, zelle or apple pay ! If you have to reschedule or cancel, i must be contacted at LEAST 3 days before the order is due. Orders must be placed at LEAST 2 weeks in advance. Any orders taken in under 2 weeks is an additional $10 rush fee Message me or include an image of what you’re looking to receive
Pickup Details
Please pick up your cake with the air blowing on high. (I use buttercream which isn’t very stable in high temperatures.) Place cake on the back floor ! Never on a seat because it may slide or slip off the seat. Once the product(s) is handed off, MiahSweetShop is no longer responsible for anything that happens. Keep refrigerated until 1 hour before serving DISCLAIMER : Any black or red cakes! Be aware it may stain since they’re such deep colors
