This is my Country Loaf with the added inclusion of Caraway seeds. This adds a beautiful subtle savoury aniseed hint to flavour and makes a delightful chewiness to the bread. I absolutely love this loaf and is a personal favourite. It simply adds another level to the flavour complexity. This loaf is circa 800 grams in weight. Weights can vary by 20 grams
