At this time, we offer pickup only. However, you’re welcome to arrange Uber or other third-party delivery services at your convenience.
For dessert tables and tiered wedding cakes (orders over $1,000), we may offer delivery service for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss availability and details!
Can I change/cancel/reschedule my order?
Minor changes may be possible depending on timing. Please reach out as early as possible, as changes close to the pickup date may not be accommodated.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
– Rescheduling within 14 days of the pickup date will incur rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Cancellation
– Cancellations made 14–7 days before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a 50% refund.
– Orders cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled pickup are not eligible for refunds.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Occasionally, depending on availability. Please email us to check.
Last-minute requests may be limited in design options, as our production schedule is typically finalized two weeks in advance.
How does the custom design process work?
After your order is placed, we’ll work with you via email to finalize design details, colors, and inspiration. Email allows us to clearly review visuals and references
Do you offer vegan options?
At this time, we do not offer vegan options, but we hope to expand our menu in the future

Our cakes are not gluten-free. I hope we expand our menu in the future.
