All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure all ingredients & decor are purchased in a timely manner.

Any order placed 7 days or less will receive a $20 last minute charge applied to the total.

Your order is not booked unless a deposit is paid. If there is no deposit paid the date is still open & can be booked by someone else.

All deposits are paid upfront & NONREFUNDABLE. Deposits are used to start purchasing decor & other products needed for your order.

Your final payment is always due 5 days before pickup. If the remainder is not paid the order will not be processed.

All decor is buttercream or cream cheese based as I do not specialize in fondant designs.

Pickup is your general method for receiving your order. Meet ups & Delivery are available at $15.

Once your order is out of our possession whether pickup or delivery we are no longer responsible. You are solely responsible for ensuring your order makes it to your destination and/or set up in its original condition.
