Orders can be placed directly through our Bakesy shop during active drops. Once a collection is live, you can select your item and complete checkout to secure your order.
Is prepayment required?
Yes. Full prepayment is required to confirm all Meetha orders. Orders are not held or confirmed without payment
When is pickup?
Pickup details (date, time, and location) are listed with each drop.
Can I choose flavors or customize my box?
Yes! Flavor selections can be customized based on availability. During active drops, you may choose from the flavors listed for that collection. Some specialty or limited flavors may be capped or substituted if quantities are limited.
If you have a specific request, feel free to note it at checkout or send us a message, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
No. All Meetha orders are made to order, and all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or changes once an order is placed
What if I miss my pickup time?
Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the scheduled time. Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds
Are your cookies eggless?
Yes! All Meetha cookies are eggless. Please note they are made in a home kitchen that may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
How often do you release new drops?
