​Meemaw’s Mixin’ Bowl is the delicious brainchild of the ultimate power duo: Darlene and Brandon Morse.

​By day, Darlene serves as a medical assistant at a busy family practice. But when the scrubs come off, the apron goes on! As a proud Meemaw to three energetic grandkids, she knows exactly how much a sweet treat can brighten a day. What started as a hobby crafting custom cakes has turned into a full-blown sugar-coated adventure.

​Why do we do it? It’s all about that "The Look." You know the one—the wide-eyed wonder when a customer sees their custom creation for the first time, followed by that "Mmm!" after the very first bite. That’s the fuel that keeps Darlene’s whisk spinning!

​The Big Dream: Right now, Darlene is baking up a storm at home, but she has her sights set on something even bigger. She’s dreaming of a neighborhood bakery—a bustling, flour-dusted happy place where she can trade her stethoscope for a rolling pin full-time and truly live the "Sweet Life."
