ORDERING AND SCHEDULING !! ORDERS LESS THAN $75 MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF ORDERING. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL ORDERS AND MUST BE PAID WITHIN ONE DAY OF RECEIVING THE INVOICE, OR THE INVOICE WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE ORDER WILL NOT BE FULFILLED, REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 3 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT OR PICK UP DATE . If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase when picking up or within 24 hours of pick-up, working days, immediately notify us of your concern and return your complete order to us. No refunds are given on any orders unless the complete order is returned. NO CASH refunds, only store credit. orders that are not picked up on time will NOT be refunded.
