All orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance. Same-day orders may be accepted depending on availability but are not guaranteed.
➡️ For large orders, please allow a minimum of 2 days’ notice to ensure proper preparation and quality.

🧊 STORAGE & FRESHNESS
All treats are best enjoyed fresh and should be frozen or refrigerated immediately to maintain quality.
Orders must be picked up on the agreed date. Unclaimed orders will be held for 24 hours, and after 48–72 hours, may be discarded due to freshness and storage limits.
📌 If you’d like your order remade after a missed pickup, a new charge will apply to cover ingredients and preparation.

Same-day orders are accepted only at my discretion. If approved, exact pickup times are not guaranteed, but I’ll do my best to provide a general time window.

💵 PAYMENTS & POLICIES
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing your order.
✔️ 100% payment upfront is required.
✔️ Accepted payment methods: Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle. A $1 service charge will be added when using these platforms.
🔁 Refunds are only issued if I cancel the order. If there is an issue with your order, please bring it to my attention BEFORE you leave, I am happy to work with you to remake it! Once you have left no remakes will be done.

🚘 PICKUP DETAILS
Pickup hours are between 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM.
Once your order is in production, I will send you a confirmed pickup time.
Please arrive on time or notify me in advance if you’ll be late. Arriving early will not expedite your order, please arrive on time!
⏰ A 15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, if there’s no communication, it will be considered a no-call/no-show — and no refund will be considered.
