🍪Half-dozen orders are limited to one flavor.
🍪All cookies are baked in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten-containing ingredients. Cross-contamination is possible.
🍪Order Lead Time
24 hour notice
Orders of 3 dozen or more may require 3–5 days’ notice.
Custom or event orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice and are subject to availability.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.
🍪Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Custom or bulk orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to pickup.
🍪Cancellation Policy
All cookies are made to order. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date to receive a refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.
