Marzo Cookies

Marzo Cookies baked goods are handmade using shared equipment which processes eggs, wheat, dairy, soy, peanuts, cashews, tree nuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, coconuts, macadamia nuts, pistachios, hazelnuts. We try our best to prevent cross-contamination but if you have severe allergies please take note to the fact that we are not an allergy free bakery.

For freshness and quality, all orders are shipped on Mondays. Orders placed after 5pm on Sunday will be shipped the next week. This is to keep orders from sitting in warehouse through shipment over weekends. Depending on receiving location, some orders may be shipped on Thursday.

Marzo Cookies is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and or denied access to the delivery site.

viable options for both parties.

Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the contact section. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with Marzo Cookies.

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 2 business days before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date.

Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.

Please specify if the product is for pick-up or shipping. If the product is for shipping, please write the complete shipping address in the notes as the shipping price depends on it.
