PLACING YOUR ORDER
Custom cakes are priced based on design and details. Please provide as much information possible, so I can quote you an exact price. Bakesy, Facebook Messenger and Instagram are the quickest way to contact me. Please be adviced that I do get booked out weeks in advance and it can take up to 3 days for me to respond to an order inquiry. Last minute orders typically do not get filled. Cake pickups are only available Thursdays-Sundays. Mondays-Wednesdays are not available for cake pickups since this is when I respond to my cake inquiries and are also my cake prep days.
PAYMENTS
In order to schedule you cake, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your order. Remaining balance is due 2 days before day of pickup. I accept Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay or PayPal.
DELIVERY
All cake orders are pick-ups. I do offer delivery only on Wedding, Quinceanera or Sweet 16 cakes. My delivery fee is $20 plus $1.50 per mile. If you are interested in delivery, you can send me an exact delivery address and I will give you the exact delivery fee. When needing delivery, this must be requested at the time of placing order.
REFUND
Orders cannot be cancelled or refund within 7 days of event or day of pickup. 50% Deposit is non-refundable. Due to my busy schedule and attention to detail, I spend many hours planning and preparing before beginning a cake order. Once a cake has been picked up by you or your designated party, it is considered “Accepted”. Accepted means that you, the client (or your designated party), has looked at the cake and was satisfied with it. In the event that I have made a major mistake to the design theme (flowers instead of cars or name and age mistake for example), and you alert me at the time of pickup, every attempt will be made to correct this error in a timely manner, before you leave. No refunds will be given for minor color or design discrepancies/variations. If you pickup your cake, say nothing about any type of dissatisfaction you may have, and contact me later with the issue, I will not issue a refund. It is your responsibility to speak to me about it at pickup, so we can discuss how I can correct my mistake. Size and flavor changes can be made up to 7 days before day of event or pickup. At that time, everything must be finalized, no changes to serving count, flavors or design after the 7 day point.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY/TRANSPORT
PLEASE NOTE: All cakes are stored in a refrigerator prior to pickup. They will be cold when you pick up, as it allows for a more stable and safer transport. I recommend you store cake in refrigerator about 2-3 hours prior to serving. If you do not have space, storing in a cool place, with no direct heat or sunlight is fine. All products are the clients responsibility upon leaving unless cake is being delivered by me. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly-such as cracks, smudges, melting frosting, etc. Please drive carefully and slowly, keep cake flat in car and keep car temperature cool. DO NOT leave your cake in the car while running into the store for balloons or other items. DO NOT place your cake on the counter near your stove. If cake is to be delivered by me, please provide a sturdy table for cake to sit. I am not responsible for any damages cake might have from unstable table. Please note that tiered cakes, have pipes that help keep tiers leveled. I am not responsible for any injuries head smashing on cake might cause.
