How do I place an order?
You can submit an order request through my website. Once I review the details, I will reach out via text/email and send an invoice to confirm your order.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before pickup or delivery.
What happens if I don’t pay the deposit right away?
Your date is not reserved until the deposit is paid. If another order is confirmed for the same date, availability may change.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for $1 per mile (round trip).
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, all treats can be customized to match your event theme. Custom designs may include a $5–$15 design add-on per dozen depending on the level of detail.
How far in advance should I order?
It’s recommended to place orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
Do you accept cancellations?
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your event date and cover preparation time and supplies.
