To ensure smooth ordering and pickup, please note the following:
• A valid phone number capable of receiving text messages is required for all orders so updates may be provided. Orders without a working number will need to be declined.
• Pickup deadline is 7:00 PM on the scheduled day.
If you’re unable to make it due to unexpected circumstances, please reach out—communication is key so that I am able to make accommodations for you whenever possible.
• If an order is not picked up and no communication is made, we may need to place the customer on a do-not-order list for future scheduling purposes.
