Inspiration photos are welcome; however, ManiiMunchies LLC does not replicate or recreate another artist’s work. By placing an order, you grant full creative discretion to Maniimunchies LLC to design your order based on your selected theme and preferences.
📍Flavors & Frosting:
All custom cakes are made with our homemade buttercream frosting.
If no flavor is specified at the time of ordering, vanilla will be provided by default.
📍Pricing:
Pricing varies based on design complexity. Some prices listed are starting prices.
📍Please note: There will be NO CHANGES allowed to any orders once a deposit has been sent.
📍Lead Time Requirements:
•Sweet Orders: Minimum 2 days notice.(All sweet orders MUST be paid in full once your order has been confirmed)
•Custom Cake Orders: Minimum 2 weeks notice.
(Orders placed outside of these timeframes may be subject to a rush fee or declined.)
📍Payments & Deposits:
$130 CAKE MINIMUM
•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom cake orders.
•Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order request.
•Orders without a deposit within this timeframe will be automatically declined.
📌No deposit = No order!
📍Remaining Balance:
• remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pickup by 11:59 PM.
•Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date will result in order cancellation.
•A $25 reinstatement fee will apply if you request to restore a canceled order.
(Example: If your pickup date is Friday, the remaining balance is due Tuesday)
📍Changes & Cancellations:
• No changes are permitted once a deposit has been submitted.
All deposits are non-refundable.
📍RUSHED ORDER FEE:
•Orders placed less than 7 days in advance are subject to a $50 rush fee, if accepted.
📍Delivery & Pickup:
At this time, delivery is not available.
If you are unable to pick up your order, you may arrange a third-party courier (e.g., Uber Package).
ManiiMunchies LLC is not responsible for arranging or coordinating deliveries.
📍Pickup Policy:
•Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
•Same-day pickup time changes are not permitted.
•A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
•After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee is required before your order will be released.
