Hi, I’m Katrina Perez — mom, wife, Army veteran, and sourdough baker.

Baking has always been a passion of mine, but sourdough stole my heart. There’s something so special about turning simple ingredients into something delicious and sharing it with the people I love. What started as a hobby quickly grew into something more, and now I get to share my creations with all of you!

Every loaf and treat is made with care (and a little bit of my heart) right from my kitchen. Whether it’s a classic sourdough loaf, a sweet indulgence, or something with a fun twist, I hope you enjoy these bakes as much as I love making them.
