Usually a maximum of 150 guests at wedding serving portions (2oz portions per guest is generally what they count as "wedding size" portions). This tasting will allow you to try 3 different cake flavors that we have to offer. There will be 2 of each flavor to allow for both partners to try together and have plenty of leftovers~ Tastings occur in a safe and public environment. Or in the safety of your home! Tastings can last around 1 hour. Please remember to have any references on your phone in regards to designs you may want. General questions that will be asked: *Date of the wedding? (We usually ask for a 2 month notice on most weddings. If you have less than a 2 months notice you're subject to an Xpress fee depending on the size) *Location of venue? *Do you need us to deliver? If yes, what time? (We can deliver freely on weekends, weekdays are limited to after 5pm) *Any allergies? (If yes an allergy form must be signed during the tasting) *How many people are you trying to feed? Note: We sadly do not do fondant work. A micro wedding typically includes 50–70 guests. Our Micro Wedding package includes: (1) 6 inch 3 layer cake (serves 15-20) *If you want to make the cake a tiered cake, we can discuss in detail size options and get what best fits your guest count or aesthetic appeal.* *2 dozen cupcakes (serves 24) or 4 dozen mini cupcakes (serves 48 bite size) *2 dozen cookies (chocolate chip or M&M, other more complicated flavors or color requests will likely be an upcharge.) (serves 24) or 4 dozen mini cookies (serves 38-48 bite size) This package gives up to 60-65 servings (This in the end depends on how large you decide to cut your cake or if you opt for any mini options that are offered).
