As a small business dedicated to bespoke creations, we recommend ordering your cake as early as possible to secure a booking space.
POLICIES
Your order is only confirmed after the 50% non-refundable deposit is paid and your form is submitted. Without your form, we can not schedule your cake. The other half must be paid at least 1 week prior to pick-up. Orders that are not paid by then will be canceled.
Orders placed less than a week in advance require full payment non-refundable upfront to secure. Depending on complexity and design, these rush orders may be subject to a rush fee of up to $30.
Orders are only transferable to another date if there is at least a two weeks notice. Even then, it might not be possible and in certain cases, store credit may be given for the balance already paid.
In the event of a late pick-up or no-show, cakes will be held for 24 hours before the order is canceled. Please consider having a friend pick it up for you if you cannot make it, or placing the order for a day you know you have free time.
No cancellations/refunds four days or less before pick up date.
No cancellations/refunds on orders made on the same week.
No returns, exchanges and refunds once cake is received.
