I received the most amazing service. My daughter was apart of the Debutante Ball and I needed a Thank you Gift for all her supporters. The customized picture, dresses,& flowers were drop dead gorgeous. The guest was very impressed. I know to rush my Graduation order as many patrons ask for follow up information. We ordered custom cookies from Mama Saunders Cookie Company for a Post Office retirement party, and they absolutely blew us away! From start to finish, the experience was flawless — and the cookies were truly unforgettable. Mama Saunders captured the theme perfectly: adorable mail trucks, envelopes, stamps, postboxes, and even a personalized uniform — all handcrafted with precision and creativity. Each cookie looked like it came straight out of a catalog, only better because they were completely personalized for the party. These cookies weren’t just pretty — they were delicious. The sugar cookie base was soft, buttery, and just the right amount of sweet. The royal icing added a satisfying texture without being too hard or overly sugary. You could tell quality ingredients were used. The cookies were delivered (by Mama Saunders herself!) beautifully packaged, individually wrapped, and in perfect condition — not a single smudge or crack. Mama Saunders clearly puts a lot of pride into both presentation and product. I can’t recommend Mama Saunders Cookie Company enough for custom cookies. Whether it’s a retirement party, baby shower, holiday, or anything in between — you can trust her to deliver something meaningful and delicious.

I sent Emily some inspiration pictures, then gave her artistic freedom. She exceeds my expectations every time, and the cookies were breathtaking. She matched our theme perfectly, nobody could get enough!!

We ordered 2 dozen for a graduation/Air Force commissioning and they were a hit! Our guests snatched them up so fast that about an hour in, I went to get one for myself, and they were completely gone. Every.single.one. My cousin, the graduate, snagged one early on and shared with me later so I eventually got to try them. They were soft and delicious. They weren’t overly sweet like some iced cookies can be and they had a great almond flavor. We loved the Air Force details and our graduate loved the personalized touches. Thank you!
