We ordered food for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday dinner celebration. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed every bit of Mama Nicca’s delicious meal!!! Folks finished their plates and came back for more!!

Friends with the Owner/Operator for a number of years, I gladly hired Mana Nicca’s Homemade Things to provide some delights for my combination 60th Birthday/Housewarming Celebration. By common consent, everything - Mac ‘n Cheese, Cabbage & Greens, Fried Oyster Mushrooms, and Cornbread - was a hit as indicated by the tastebuds and verbal approvals of those in attendance! Thank you for making this milestone event a special one!

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for your service, your food, and your passion for helping others in need to eat healthy. My family orders from you all the time, and we have so many favorite items. We especially love the mac and cheese, corn bread, zucchini bread, cabbage, meatloaf, banana pudding. (Just to name a few) You have truly made a difference in our lives.

I just had the most incredible vegan meal from mama nicca’s homemade things. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and honestly, I didn’t leave a single crumb. From the first taste to the very last drop, everything was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and satisfying. It’s hard to believe it was all plant-based because it felt so rich and indulgent. Whether you’re vegan or not, this food will leave you impressed! It was a meal I was definitely dreaming about for days! Whenever you get a chance whether pop- ups or catering you should catch a bite!

As always my food was amazing! The cabbage, mashed potatoes and meatless loaf and cornbread ALL so flavorful!!! I appreciate the consistency, Mama Nicca’s never disappoints!!!

Mama Nicca never disappoints! Our faves are the Mac n cheez, fried oyster mushrooms, chocolate zucchini bread, collard greens, and that Sweet Bang sauce! We’re carnivores, and I have a milk allergy. Yet, we still enjoy eating vegan with Mama Nicca’s because you don’t have to sacrifice flavor! You won’t regret trying it!

The vegan dinner with fried oysters, cabbage and Mac n cheese was absolutely delicious. I was trying to bring this home for my spouse to taste but never got home. The food so flavorful and delicious it was eaten in the car before I arrived home. The sauce along with the fried oysters just made it so much goodness I couldn’t resist. I had the pleasure of attending Mama Nicca’s pop-up on Sunday, 1/12/25, and I was thoroughly impressed! I tried the “fish platter,” and it was absolutely delicious. I even shared some with my daughter, and she couldn’t believe the fish wasn’t actually fish! My favorite part was definitely the black-eyed peas and greens. I can’t wait to explore more of Mama Nicca’s incredible vegan dishes!

I eat baked sweet potatoes every week but after eating Janicca’s sweet potato topped with apple slices, I have a new way to spice them up. But more surprising was the vegan fish. I was amazed at how much it tasted like real fish! Delicious!

THE FOOD I ORDERED WAS DELICIOUS (fried oyster mushrooms w/dipping sauce, collard greens, cornbread, mac & cheese, banana puding). THE PROPORTIONS SERVED WERE FULFILLING. THE FLAVORS I TASTED WERE MOUTH-WATERING! A True 5 Star restaurant tasting meal. From submitting my order on their site, to making the purchase virtually - I appreciated how simple the process was as I placed the order online, received an invoice of my order, and the proper direction to submit funds to finalize my purchase. The day of pick-up, I appreciated the professional service I was greeted with upon entry to the location, eagerness from staff to assist with selecting body products, consistent communication that informed me of the made to order fried oyster mushrooms, and the wait time. I even received a sample of the flavorful banana chocolate chip bread! I enjoyed observing the atmosphere since I noticed diversity in ethnicity upon the clientele! I did a new thing... I tried vegan soul food. Everything was seasoned to perfection. My mouth is looking forward to my next opportunity to be in food heaven. I had collard green, Mac and Cheese, and oysters mushrooms. 😋

I traveled from DE to PA, the fried oyster mushrooms were worth the drive. This was the best vegan mac and cheese I have ever eaten.

Mama Nicca’s vegan, plant based food is amazing! The Mac and Cheese is creamy and “cheesy” and simply delicious! We also ordered the banana bread and chocolate zucchini bread. I couldn’t say which is better… they are both that good! My whole family loved it. We can’t wait until the next event so that we can order Mama Nicca’s again.

The vegan meatloaf was amazing I have never had this dish. It has been added to my favorite list and can’t wait to have it again! I am loving more and more vegan dishes thanks to Janicca!!

The fried oyster mushrooms were out of this world good! Seriously, I can not over state how much I loved them. Perfectly crispy with a great chew inside. I can’t stop thinking of them! Mac and cheese was excellent, as was cabbage and corn bread. I highly recommend! Can’t wait for the next pop up opportunity😍

I cannot say enough good things about MamaNicca’s! From the homemade goodness down to the professionalism and love for customers. The food, soaps, and body butters are simply amazing! I don’t have one favorite item because all of them are my favorites!

I have been hesitant about vegan food because I thought it would taste so different than what I’ve been use to. Oh until I had Mama Nicca’s. I have been hooked on the zucchini bread talk about amazing! Zucchini, chocolate zucchini and banana bread! Then it was the banana pudding. It’s better than folks who aren’t vegan! This isn’t flavored pudding with cookies on top. My son is in looove with the Mac and Cheese. The chikpea salad tastes just like potatoe salad. Fried oyster mushrooms…my goodness!! I don’t know what she can make that I won’t eat! If you haven’t tried it…run!
