Our baked goods are home produced in a private residential kitchen and are not made in a commercial kitchen or inspected facility. Cottage food operations in Ohio are not subject to the same inspection requirements as licensed food establishments. All products are prepared, packaged, and labeled according to Ohio cottage food regulations, including ingredient information and the required statement: “This product is home produced.” At Mama Carm’s Bakery, every treat is made in small batches with quality ingredients, attention to detail, and lots of love.
