100% full pre-payment is required to secure any order under $100.
Custom orders over $100 can reserve via deposit which would be 50% of the order total. The remaining balance will be due a week prior to Event.
All orders are first come first serve, with my limited availability It’s best to reserve your slot in full to avoid any adjustments or cancellations.
Last-minute orders placed the week of the event require 100% prepayment in full at the time of ordering.
Do you offer delivery & shipping ?
Delivery is available for any address within 2 hours of our location in Marietta 30064.
Delivery fees vary per order based off distance and order total.
Shipping is available anywhere in the US via UPS.
To ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition we do not ship during the summer.
Cakes , Cupcakes, fruit and any very delicate baked goods can NOT be shipped.
Cookies, brownies, cake jars, cake pops can be shipped.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling policy
Due to the custom nature of our baked goods, the time & resources involved in preparing your order, we do not offer refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Once an order has been baked or prepared, it cannot be resold or reused.
•Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for store credit or rescheduling.
•Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of pickup/delivery) are considered non-refundable, as ingredients, labor, and preparation have already been committed, however we do our best to accommodate in extreme emergency cases although not guaranteed we can discuss the options available.

Do you offer dietary/ allergen friendly deserts?
Absolutely! We are honored to be able to provide accommodations for vegan, keto, gluten free, nut free and other dietary and allergen needs. Please contact us directly to discuss any specific substitutions needed for your order.
Do you only offer freestyle designs ?
As a proud artist and creative we only offer freestyle designs for all custom orders. While inspiration photos are welcomed and encouraged all creations will be of our own design.
Where are you located?
We are located in Marietta Georgia 30064.
Our meet up location is right near 2200 powder springs road Marietta, 30064
Right across from Smitha Middle School.
The exact pickup address will be sent once the order is confirmed.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We strongly recommend at least 3 weeks in advance for all custom orders to ensure we have availability for you.
However, our schedule does vary so it’s best to contact us if you need something sooner than that timeframe.
How do I care for my cake after pickup?
Cake care instructions will be given verbally at pickup / drop off & a cake care card will be physically included with all orders .
Please travel with the AC On and the cake on a flat surface while in the car / storing .
The cake must be kept in a cool environment / the fridge until you are ready to serve / put on display .
Addtional storing & servings instructions will be available on your cake care cards. I am always more than happy to assist in answering any other questions or concerns.
Once the order is picked up you are liable for your product.
Late Pickup Policy
Please arrive at your scheduled pick up time not early, not late.
We have a 15 minute grace period, after that a $10 late fee apply & may increase at our discretion .
All late fees must be paid in full prior to release of any order.
