Why do you require a 2 dozen minimum ?
My cookies take a lot of time & effort to make/bake/decorate and package! Also, I do work part-time outside of my home so I need to plan my calendar accordingly for a balanced life!
Is there a minimum for chocolate chip cookie cakes?
No, one is fine! They’re great for birthdays/congratulations/I’m thinking of you occasions! And they’re yummy! My cookie cakes are topped with a single cookie in the middle (personalized) and buttercream icing on the edge!
Do you do gluten-free items?
No. I have no gluten-free offerings at this time. It would take some experimenting with recipes and I haven’t had the time to do this!
Do you ship cookies?
No, I don’t ship…BUT if you are shipping to someone, I can charge an additional $10/doz to individually heat-seal each cookie in a cellophane film.
When you ship them, I recommend wrapping EACH cookie in bubble wrap for shipping to prevent breakage.
How do I get my cookies?
We will agree on a pickup date/time range to pick them up conveniently inside my garage!
Can I pick unlimited color choices for my order?
Typically (other than white), I can use up to 3 colors you choose!
Do you do character cookies?
I try to steer-clear of character cookies for many reasons but we can discuss, depending on what you’re thinking!
Are your cookies nut- or allergen-free??
I do not use any nut products in my cookies, HOWEVER, I do not claim to bake in a nut-dairy-egg-free kitchen. I use an almond flavoring that is nut-free. But there are no guarantees of ANY allergen protection. Please offer another option at your event for guests with dietary restrictions.
What is your payment/refund policy?
I require FULL payment via Venmo within 24 hours of finalizing your order with me! I do NOT offer refunds or changes of date. I set aside your event for that particular date and may have to turn away other business, therefore, no refunds.
What is the shelf life of your cookies?
My cookies will stay fresh up to 2-3 months in an airtight container. No need to freeze them but you can if you choose to!
