Hi, I’m Melissa, founder of Mama Bare Kitchen. A proud Puerto Rican-Mexican cook and baker, I was born and raised in Chicago, and now share homemade comfort food from my Arizona cottage kitchen. From flaky empanadas to sweet mini flans, every bite is made with love, real ingredients, and a whole lot of flavor. What started as a way to feed my family well became my mission: to bring people back to the joy of scratch-made food—honest, organic, and full of soul. Whether it's savory or sweet, I cook the way our abuelas did: no shortcuts, no junk, just pure sabor!
