For custom cakes I need at least 7 days in case I need to order custom toppers.
For all other orders at least 48 hours notice.
What payment types are accepted?
Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, America First Transfer, Cash (exact cash only, I don’t carry change).
Are deposits required? If so how much?
Yes, deposits are due within 48 hours of order being placed or order will not be accepted. Deposits are 50% of quoted order. Deposits are non refundable.
Do I deliver?
Yes, I will deliver up to 20 min away from my home in Roy for free, outside of that it is a $10 delivery fee. (If more than an hour away, there are additional fees)
*Wedding cakes are required to be delivered and do have additional fees if any extra work is needed at event center to finalize cake.*
Where do I pickup my order?
Pickup is at my home in Roy. We will set a pickup time when we are discussing your order and order is being placed. I will ask if there is a specific time you are needing order done for pickup. Pickup must be at exact pickup time, I cannot guarantee I will be available to give you your order outside your pickup time. Please do not be late.
Order cancellations?
If I have an emergency and have to cancel last minute, I will try to refer you out to another baker and will give you your deposit back. I always offer a discount on future services if I cancel as I understand that this may put you in a bind and I would want to try and make that up any way possible.
If you cancel last minute or no show, deposit is non-refundable. Of course I understand life happens, there are special circumstances in which it will be refunded. Just reach out to me and we can discuss. Please understand this is my lively hood and if you cancel last minute, I miss out on the pay to support my family and other people who could have booked in your spot missed out as well.
