Capabilities & Pricing
I'm proud of all my products. If you are not satisfied with your order or purchase upon picking up or within 24 hours after pick-up, please notify me immediately and return the entire order to me.
Orders will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned. There are no cash refunds.
Majee's Confections is not responsible for orders placed after they leave the premises. I'm not responsible for any damage caused to the cake during shipping, assembly, or afterward. When you pick up your cake, you will receive instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake. If you do not receive these instructions, please contact me. Please note that cakes are very fragile and mishandling can cause damage such as cracks, smudges, melted icing, etc.
I will issue refunds only following the refund policy set out below.
Full refunds requested after receiving and collecting the cake will not be accepted. If the product is returned and the quality of the cake is found not to meet the standards, you may be entitled to a partial refund. The cake must be returned to me on time, preferably within 24 hours of receipt. Text or email me immediately with any issues. Determinations of quality will be made at the sole discretion of Majee's Confections. Please note that I cannot provide refunds for cakes that have already been consumed. *A full refund depends on the timeliness of the return of the cake, the amount used, and my assessment of quality. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours, you will not receive a full refund.
Special orders not received will not be refunded.
The following scenarios are the only cases in which a partial refund can be issued:
If you come to collect the cake, or if the cake does not meet your expectations upon delivery (e.g. due to designer error), I will refund your money. I will issue you a refund (minus a 25% processing/cancellation fee). If I give you a refund, you CANNOT keep the cake. You will only receive a refund if you refuse to "keep" the cake. If you have a cake, we do not negotiate a partial refund. This is a "take it or leave it" policy. I'm not responsible for any costs incurred by customers due to cake replacement.
