1. Payment Policy Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your invoice. Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your order. 2. Pickup and Responsibility All orders are for pickup only from our location in Snohomish, WA. Once cookies are picked up, Maisie and Me Cookie Co is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling. Order pickup is required within the selected pickup window, please contact me if adjustments are needed and I will do my best to oblige. Orders not picked up within 24 hours will be donated. 3. Design Inspiration I love seeing your inspiration photos and will use them as creative guidance; however, I typically add my own artistic spin to each design to maintain a unique and custom look. Please note: Exact replicas of others' designs will not be made. 4. Trademarked Designs Some requested designs may be trademarked or copyrighted. In such cases, I will do my best to provide a creative and legally respectful alternative. 5. Gluten-Friendly Notice While gluten-friendly options may be available upon request, all cookies are made in a kitchen that also processes gluten and other allergens. Cross-contamination is possible, and as such, I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product. 6. Lead Time & Availability A minimum two-week lead time is highly recommended for all custom orders. Requests with a shorter turnaround may be accommodated based on availability. 7. Cancellations and Refunds Within 24 hours of placing your order: Full refund. Within 72 hours of your order due date: 50% refund. Within 48 hours of the order due time: No refund. Please note that ingredients and specialty cutters may be purchased shortly after your order is placed, which is why cancellations are subject to this policy. 8. Cookie Sizes Custom cookies typically range from 3 to 4 inches depending on the design and cutter used. 9. Delivery All orders must be picked up from my home in Snohomish. Delivery may be available on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability and a delivery fee. Please reach out before placing your order if you are interested in this option. 10. Payment Options As a small business owner, Venmo is my preferred methods of payment due to their lower processing fees. Credit card payment is available for those who do not utilize Venmo.
