Ordering Policies
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all orders.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
• Delivery is available for areas that are listed in Delivery.
• Prices reflect base designs; custom work is priced separately
• Inspiration photos are for reference only; exact replicas are not guaranteed and results may vary.
• Once an order is picked up, full responsibility transfers to the customer.
• No refunds will be issued for items after pickup due to damage, mishandling, or improper storage from customers handling care.
• Pickup location will be provided after the non-refundable deposit is paid.
• Order must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
• Cash payments are not accepted.
