**Design Approval** Changes requested after 3 days notice may not be possible. **Cancellations** Orders canceled no less than 7 days before the event may receive partial refund. No refunds for cancellations within **6 days**of the of the event. **Pickup & Delivery** Once the cake leaves our hands (pickup or delivery), we are not responsible for any damage during transport or setup, unless delivered and setup by us. **Storage & Handling** Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and refrigerated if noted. We'll provide care instructions with your order. **Creative License** We do our best to match designs but small differences may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. **Photos** We reserve the right to photograph our cakes and use them for marketing.
